Master Bathroom Design in 2019

NATURAL LIGHT

The beach is right out this California house, but you never would have known it based on its former dark, cramped layout. Designer Daleet Spector reconfigured the room and added windows to allow in light. "The clients do not like a whole lot of color, so we worked with different textures instead," she states.

ORANGE ACCENTS

Pagoda mirrors provide "a tiny jolt" into the master bathroom in this Bahamas house, made by Amanda Lindroth.

GARDEN VIEWS

Double French doors at a Queen Anne cottage's master bathroom open into the courtyard to get instant sunlight.

GLAM CHANDELIER

"I wanted play!" Says designer SuzAnn Kletzien of this trendy en suite bath. She notes that the modern, jewelry-inspired chandelier over the claw-foot tub "definitely satisfied that need."
